We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@originaltktx.store with your order number and a brief reason for return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect (see section 2).
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email support@originaltktx.store within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review your claim quickly.

Once approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement at no additional charge.

If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the affected item.
3. Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@originaltktx.store.

We will open an investigation with the courier to locate your package.

While the investigation is ongoing, you may place a new order if you wish to receive your products sooner.

Depending on the courier’s findings, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
4. Important Notes

Refunds are available only for unopened and unused products returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please ensure all return packages include your order number to avoid delays.
