This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking email and/or SMS update from our carrier system.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Tracking is sent automatically — there’s no need to contact us unless you experience a delay or special issue with your order.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Please note these are estimates — delays can occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or postal service issues.
3. Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted courier and postal partners such as:
DPD, DHL, UPS, and local postal networks.
All orders include a tracking number, sent automatically via email and SMS once your order is on its way.
4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and order weight.

Free shipping may be offered during specific promotions or when your order meets a minimum value threshold (as shown on our website).
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address during checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided — additional postage fees may apply.
Refunds for undeliverable orders will exclude the original shipping cost.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers (outside the EU) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply in their country.
We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.
7. Lost or Delayed Orders

We will open an investigation with the courier and keep you informed of the progress.
If the parcel cannot be located, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
8. Order Tracking Updates
Our automated carrier platform sends tracking details directly to your email and phone once your parcel has shipped.
You’ll receive real-time updates until delivery — no need to contact us for tracking unless you encounter an issue.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most regions worldwide.
However, we reserve the right to cancel or refund orders to countries where shipping restrictions or customs limitations apply.
